A place to feel at home. Support to keep living life your way.

At Comfort Living Services, care starts with knowing the person.

Our Approach

Care starts with knowing the person.

At Comfort Living Services, we believe good support starts with understanding the person—their needs, routines, preferences, strengths, interests, and the things that matter most in everyday life.

We provide assisted living in a small, welcoming home where residents are treated with dignity and respect, encouraged to make choices about their daily lives, and supported in maintaining as much independence as possible.

We take time to learn the details that make life feel familiar. It might be how someone likes to start their morning, a favorite meal, time outdoors, music, conversation, relationships, traditions, or simply having a quiet place to relax.

Because this isn’t just where someone receives support.

It’s their home.

Everyone has their own story, preferences, strengths, and way of doing things. Our team takes the time to learn them.

Private rooms, welcoming shared spaces, familiar routines, good meals, and everyday moments of connection create a place to belong.

What that looks like

More Than Care. A Path Forward.

Receiving help shouldn’t mean giving up choice. We encourage residents to do what they can, make decisions about their day, maintain meaningful relationships, and continue enjoying the things that matter to them.

01

Known as a person

Every resident has their own story, preferences, strengths, routines, and way of doing things. We take time to understand what matters to each person and provide support with dignity and respect.

02

Choice is part of everyday life

Residents are encouraged to make choices about their routines, activities, relationships, and how they spend their day. We listen to residents and involve them in planning and decisions about their care and services.

03

Support is individualized

Care and services are based on each resident’s assessed needs and individualized service plan. As needs change, we work with the resident and, as appropriate, their representatives, case managers, and care professionals to coordinate services and respond to those changes.

04

Independence is supported

Receiving assistance does not mean giving up independence. We encourage residents to do what they can for themselves while providing the assistance and support identified in their service plan.

05

Safety, dignity, and respect belong together

We work to provide services safely while respecting each resident’s rights, privacy, dignity, preferences, and individual choices. Staff provide services according to each resident’s assessed needs, service plan, and the services the facility is able to provide.

06

Home should still feel like home

Private rooms, welcoming shared spaces, familiar routines, meals, activities, relationships, community connections, and everyday moments of conversation and quiet help create a place where residents can feel comfortable and at home.

A little reminder

This is your home. Your life still belongs to you.

Our commitment

This is your home. Your voice matters here.

To know the person. Listen to what matters. Provide individualized support. Protectdignity and safety. Encourage choice and independence.
